About the Position

Software Engineer

Crema Social is a fast-growing international dating startup through a social meal experiment. We are looking for an ideal gritty startup engineer who is passionate about entrepreneurship and wants to work with a funded startup instead of being a cog in a machine.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable backend services using NodeJS.
Build and enhance mobile applications using React Native.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in React.js and React Native.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hacker mentality.
Comfortable working startup hours (9am - 9pm and half a day on Saturday).

Nice to Have

Experience in non-traditional advertising (gray area).
Proven track record in a growth-oriented startup.

We Offer

Competitive salary range: $70k – $90k per year.
Equity: 0.5% – 1.0%.
