We are looking for professionals who do more than just code, and who enjoy designing both the “what” and the “how” of software: understanding problems, formalizing them into specifications, and delegating implementation to AI agents. People capable of embracing and inspiring the next level of AI-powered development: the IDE as a view, not an editor.

Responsibilities

• Create technical specifications and collaborate on functional specifications to be processed by AI agents.
• Transform complex needs into precise and comprehensive intent specifications, anticipating dependencies, edge cases, and technical risks. Define the intent, boundaries, and quality criteria of products, projects, and solutions in the financial sector, delegating technical execution to AI agents.
• Develop software following Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) principles.
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams to capture principles, technical decisions, and regulatory requirements, explicitly incorporating them into the context and workflows of AI agents that perform development tasks.
• Drive the adoption of automation for application behavior analysis (response times, resource consumption, logs, etc.).
• Work with multidisciplinary Agile teams, acting as a technical reference and helping raise the engineering standards of the team.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent.
• Proven experience with Java 21+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience working with AI agents as an active part of the development process, delegating code generation, testing, and refactoring under your own supervision and judgment, using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar).
• Ability to translate functional knowledge and business requirements from the financial sector into clear technical specifications.
• Knowledge of functional security principles and digital service protection, with experience or familiarity in implementing capabilities such as multi-factor authentication, transaction signing, identity and access management, authorization, and transaction protection, ensuring compliance with security standards and financial sector regulations in application and software component development.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs from intent and domain models, defining contracts, behaviors, and constraints before implementation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) and management tools (Clarity PPM, Confluence, Jira, etc.).
• Knowledge and experience with Testing, QA tools, and testing methodologies.
• Teamwork, effective communication, empathy, collaboration, and technical leadership.
• Analytical mindset, adaptability, and continuous learning.
• English.
