Responsibilities

We are hiring a Software Engineer (B2B Lending & Payments) to take ownership of the financial infrastructure that powers how our clients finance their assets through INFINIT.

• Crafting the best possible experience for a client going through a loan application, from the moment they submit a request to the moment financing is confirmed.
• Ensuring that every payment executed throughout the loan lifecycle (interest accruals, supplier disbursements, reimbursement) is processed correctly, securely, and without exception.
• Supporting the physical audit and due diligence workflows that allow us to maintain control over the collateral throughout the life of the loan.

Requirements

• Expert C# &.NET Engineering: Mastery of the.NET ecosystem with a focus on building high-performance, distributed backend systems.
• Core banking & ledger logic: A strong professional background in regulated financial environments. You understand the mechanics of ledgers, loan origination, and payment execution and the cost of getting any of it wrong.
• Mission-critical ownership: Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end. You analyze customer financing workflows, define rigorous technical requirements, and take full accountability for the reliability of every transaction you process.
• Highly effective stakeholder communication: Capable of seamlessly translating deep technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders (customers, product managers) and clearly translating business objectives into prioritized engineering tasks.
• Practical experience leveraging modern developer tools: Such as agentic coding or advanced automation techniques to achieve significantly accelerated development velocity while rigorously upholding code quality standards.
