  • Be an innovator and proactively contribute to the improvement of the software development process with hands-on familiarity with the latest technology strategy, tools, and technologies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing software solutions

The Challenge

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain services hosted in a global distributed server architecture on premises and in the cloud, that are part of a larger system
  • Improve the reliability, security, and efficiency of our stack
  • Write clean, scalable, documented, and understandable code
  • Participate in code review processes
  • Build reusable code libraries
  • Design, implement, and extend APIs

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python. Experience with other languages is important
  • Strong experience in managing larger projects from their conception to their maturity
  • Experience with frameworks for web APIs (e.g., Flask), API specifications (OpenAPI, WebRTC)
  • Proficiency working on Linux systems
  • Excellence with version control systems and with CI/CD pipelines for software release lifecycle
  • Good knowledge of containerization technologies and processes
  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL knowledge is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Cloud Service Providers (especially AWS)
  • Interest in hardware technologies and practical experimentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Working Model

While we appreciate the flexibility and benefits of working from home, we strongly believe that coming together in person fosters stronger connections, encourages collaboration, and drives innovation - both as individuals and as a company. The energy, shared ideas, and team support we experience in the office strengthen the foundation of our success and culture. For this reason, we are an office-first business operating on a fully on-site model, with team members working in the office five days a week to build relationships, exchange ideas, and grow together.
