Join Google's team as a Software Engineer, Iceberg Managed Tables, BigQuery to develop scalable and reliable metadata foundation for BigQuery operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop C++ and Java.
• Build or operate large-scale database systems.
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
• Engineer with high-performance scalable storage and distributed systems back-ends.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.

We Offer

• Salary: $147,000 - $211,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
