Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our team in Białystok, Poland. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing enterprise applications using Power Apps (Canvas) and Microsoft Dataverse
  • Creating and maintaining scalable Dataverse data models with a focus on performance and security
  • Translating business requirements into technical designs and functional solutions
  • Implementing best practices for solution architecture, data governance, and performance optimization
  • Configuring and enhancing Power Pages and Power Automate solutions to support business processes
  • Collaborating with product owners, analysts, and developers within Agile Scrum teams
  • Contributing to Hyperautomation initiatives that drive enterprise-wide process improvement and automation

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Power Platform development
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas) development
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, and security concepts
  • Experience designing and configuring Power Pages solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate cloud flows
  • Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions
  • Previous work in Agile Scrum delivery environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with Power BI, AI Builder, or Power Automate Desktop
  • English (B2 level)

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Hyperautomation and enterprise automation initiatives
  • Experience with RPA technologies and process automation solutions
