About the Position

SAP BPC 10.1 Support Specialist (f/m/x)

Join Sii Ukraine as a SAP BPC 10.1 Support Specialist for a temporary part-time engagement with a multinational pharmaceutical company. We are looking for a Support Specialist (AMS, L2-L3) who will ensure system stability, resolve issues, and support business users during critical financial cycles. This role focuses on production support and troubleshooting of the existing system.

Responsibilities

• Providing first-line AMS support for SAP BPC 10.1, focusing on configuration and maintenance of the system
• Diagnosing and resolving common errors and issues related to the SAP BPC add-in for Microsoft Excel
• Ensuring the robustness and security of financial processes within SAP BPC
• Collaborating with team members to deliver L2-L3 support during peak times, typically at the start and end of the month
• Documenting support processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP consulting or analysis
• Deep expertise in SAP BPC 10.1, including technical configuration and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of common errors and troubleshooting related to SAP BPC and the Excel add-in
• Practical experience in securing financial processes within SAP BPC
• Ability to provide effective L2-L3 support and communicate solutions clearly
• Fluent English
• Tax residency in Ukraine is required
