Responsibilities

• Be part of our core engineering team with company-wide, high-leverage initiatives impact
• Navigate through high-ambiguity, mission-critical projects and define execution paths that balance speed, quality, and long-term sustainability
• Great written skills - reviewing and writing architecture reviews, RFCs, and design documents is our daily work!
• Bring in unique perspective, voice, and maintain high engineering bar
• Collaborate daily with product, consumer teams, readiness to represent our technology to the clients

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent track record of impact)
• Track record delivering 1+ month initiatives with product and technical impact
• Experience with distributed systems design and development in similar professional environments (fast growth start-ups, SaaS/logistics/e-commerce/payment domains)
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across engineering, product, and other teams
• Deep understanding of system design, scalability, and reliability trade-offs
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and modern CI/CD, IaaC (Terraform, k8s, gh actions)
• Fundamentals in Linux/Unix systems and networking
• Fluency working with AI in engineering and in a software development lifecycle that harnesses AI
• Full-stack engineering skills is a plus (a good taste in building products that customers love)
