Software Engineer

About the Position

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our CRM, CLM & Compliance team. You will be responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining the corresponding modules for our clients in the European & APAC markets. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from analysis, development, testing to deployment, in collaboration with a group of highly skilled business analysts and developer colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and design patterns
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth
• Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks and sprints

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in programming languages, such as PL/SQL, with eagerness to learn and take up new challenges
• Strong understanding of database systems and SQL
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development best practices
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently

Nice to Have

• Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL
• Knowledge of the banking industry, including products and processes
