Responsibilities

• Develop embedded software for household appliances.
• Participate in the full software development cycle (Requirement, Design, Coding, Testing).
• Develop and execute unit and functional development/tests.
• Conduct code, design, and solution reviews.
• Conduct knowledge sharing to build up team competencies.
• Provide technical proposals and estimations for new projects.
• Involve directly in customer discussions.
• Work with international partners and engineering teams to define technical requirements, collaborating with domain experts to drive the architecture.

• Linux BSP modification
• U-Boot customization
• Embedded C programming
• MCU firmware development

• Communication Protocols
• Debugging Skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with ARM-based SoCs or Cortex-M MCUs (NXP, Ti, Renesas, ST)
• Understanding of boot sequence and memory layout
• Familiarity with kernel logs, boot logs, and low-level debugging
• Knowledge of power optimization techniques in embedded systems

Education and Work Experience

• B.E/B-Tech/M-Tech with Electronics/Computer Science as core subject
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in and out of the organization.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• 6 to 10 years of experience.
