About the Role
Synergi Life software is designed to help organizations effectively manage enterprise risk, incidents, quality, and operational excellence initiatives. Currently, we are looking for a Software Implementations Consultant to strengthen our QHSE Configurations team implementing Synergi Life software. The role will report to the Head of Section Global QHSE Configuration and may involve travel to customer sites within the regions supported. Travel will be occasional only.
In this role, you will actively work with external customers, configure and implement, but also give advice and guidance related to the Synergi Life software and best practices in line with customers’ requirements. You would also get an opportunity to work on interesting and challenging projects and be in contact with customers and closely cooperate with various internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
Business Advisory
- Attend workshops/meetings in order to gather customer requirements and then prepare appropriate specification documents and scopes of work.
- Advise external customers on best practices so that they get the best possible ROI on their Synergi Life system.
- Identify opportunities to add value to customer’s implementations.
- Identify sales opportunities with existing customers.
Project Delivery
- Configure Synergi Life application that meets requirements agreed with the customer.
- Test the installation and configuration you have performed as well as testing the work performed by other consultants.
- Act as a Project manager for smaller implementation and configuration projects.
Requirements
- Languages: Excellent command of English language both written and verbal. Knowledge of Bahasa or any other regional language will be an advantage.
- Skills:
- MS SQL - required high level of knowledge.
- (PowerShell/Python/C#/.Net) - not necessary but will be an advantage.
- Experience of relational databases (SQL Server).
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Windows Server / Web technologies.
- Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of Synergi Life system including database structure - not necessary but will be an advantage.
- HSEQ knowledge will be an advantage.
- Previous working experience in the energy sector will be an advantage.
- Knowledge about Microsoft Azure cloud-based services will be an advantage.
