About the Position
We are seeking a Software Integration Engineer (F/M) to join our engineering firm in Środa Wielkopolska, Poland, focusing on CNC machine software integration.

Responsibilities
- Development of software functions not directly located in the PLC and CNC areas;
- Production software testing in collaboration with software developers;
- Preparation of configuration data for different types of machines and maintenance of the available database;
- Implementation of software updates during application development changes;
- Startup of prototype machines;
- Coordination of changes introduced in the machine.
Requirements
Preferred technical skills:
- Programming languages: Structured Text (ST), Ladder (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD);
- Development environments: CoDeSys / TwinCAT;
- Tools and technologies: Beckhoff control systems, PLC simulation and debugging tools;
- Communication protocols: EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, TCP/IP, OPC UA;
- Knowledge of machine mechanics and electronics: encoders, servomotors, HMI panels, safety elements (SIL/PL);
- Testing and startup skills: creation of integration tests and startup procedures.
Education and qualifications:
- Preferred higher education: automation and robotics, computer science, software engineering, or related fields;
- Experience in startup and diagnosis of CNC machines (min. 3 years);
- Strong programming fundamentals, ability to analyze code and electrical schematics;
- Required English language proficiency at B1/B2 level;
- Ability to analyze problems and address them to the appropriate owner and coordinate actions leading to the implementation of solutions in production.
