Software Test Engineer (M/F/D)

About the Position

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer (M/F/D) to join our international team in Lisbon. In this hybrid role, you will design test cases, execute test scenarios, and analyze defects/bugs to ensure a great user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design test cases based on the development specification or your knowledge of the system
• Manually execute test scenarios
• Identify and analyze defects/bugs
• Report issues in Jira/Xray

Requirements

• Good understanding of software testing concepts and processes and tools, bug life cycle, test methods/types, and estimation techniques
• Very good knowledge in agile development environments
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in testing complex software systems
• Ability to create test cases based on the development specification
• Proficiency with writing and executing test scenarios
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
