Software Engineer (React)

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (React) with 5+ years of experience in frontend engineering to join our fast-growing business group. This role offers remote work options in Armenia, Cyprus, and Poland.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend services using modern versions of frontend technologies.
• Take part in technical discussions to come up with solutions for challenging issues.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following coding standards.
• Mentorship, and knowledge sharing with the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in frontend engineering, 3+ years with Angular/React and TypeScript.
• Expert in HTML5, CSS/SCSS, responsive layouts, and component-driven architecture.
• Solid unit testing experience using Karma/Jasmine; testing pyramid mindset.
• Performance optimization (change detection, lazy loading, bundle splitting).
• API integration: REST/GraphQL, WebSockets; robust error/edge-case handling.
• Tooling: package managers, lint/format, Git/PR workflows.
• CI/CD familiarity; feature flags, environment config, release hygiene.
• Security basics (OWASP for web), auth flows (OAuth/OIDC/JWT).
• Strong communication, code review, and mentoring skills; product-oriented mindset.
