We are looking for a Solution Analyst – Group Risk Solutions to join our team in Vienna, Austria. This is a part-time, hybrid role with a workload of 80 hours per month, starting as soon as possible and lasting until 31.12.2026.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Engineering & Business Analysis within an agile project setup
- Collecting and transforming business requirements into functional/technical specifications
- Analysis of new data requirements, creation/update of data catalogues, definition of Data Quality checks
- Supporting feasibility assessments and transformation projects
- Performing business process analysis and identifying optimization potential
- Preparing and maintaining user stories for development teams
- Supporting the validation of technical implementations
- Acting as a communication bridge between IT and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst / Solution Analyst
- Background in risk, compliance, or ESG topics beneficial
- Experience in large-scale or multinational IT projects
- Excellent analytical and process management skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to write SQL queries and familiarity with data models
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- Proactive, structured, and reliable working style
Nice to Have
- Experience with data modelling tools
- (Optional) familiarity with UML/BPMN
Languages
- English: Must Have
- German: Nice to Have
