About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect - MERN to lead the development of scalable, high-performing full-stack web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, ReactJS, and AWS Cloud. You will drive technical excellence across the team and ensure the delivery of secure, accessible, and high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable, high-performing full-stack web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, ReactJS, and AWS Cloud
- Design and implement advanced components in ReactJS using TypeScript, manage state with Redux or Redux Toolkit, and ensure code efficiency and reusability
- Oversee the integration of Apollo GraphQL Client to manage data and state in a networked React app
- Ensure internationalization and web accessibility (AA standard) compliance across all web applications
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, utilizing its various services to optimize architecture and performance
- Maintain brand consistency using theming libraries and ensure high-quality user interfaces with HTML/CSS and SCSS
- Enhance application security and user authentication, safeguarding user data and compliance with modern web security protocols
- Develop, implement, and oversee unit testing strategies using React Testing Library to ensure robust and error-free code
- Collaborate in an agile environment, manage tasks and timelines effectively using agile methodologies
- Mentor and guide developers, promoting a culture of learning and growth within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS Cloud services
- Expertise in ReactJS framework including JSX/TSX, Redux/Redux Toolkit, Middleware, and Routing
- Knowledge of Lifecycle methods, Hooks, HOC, Memoization, and Optimization
- Proficiency with NextJS, Apollo GraphQL Client, and familiarity with web theming and SCSS
- Understanding of web accessibility (AA standards) and internationalization
- Background in web security practices and user authentication strategies
- Competency in unit testing using RTL and familiarity with agile project management practices
