Solution Consultant - Business Central

Belgrade, Serbia

We are looking for a Solution Consultant - Finance for Microsoft D365 Business Central to join our team at BE-terna. Your mission will be to digitalize our customer's processes with Microsoft D365 Business Central, analyze their financial processes, provide advice, and translate them into our solution.

Responsibilities

• Digitalize customer processes with Microsoft D365 Business Central
• Analyze financial processes of customers, provide advice, and translate them into our solution
• Guide key users during implementation, ensure parameterization, and manage project scope
• Provide training and software testing
• Compile clear technical descriptions and communicate them with the technical team
• Build relationships with customers using your financial knowledge
• Plan, coordinate, and document activities according to set budgets and timing
• Lead face-to-face and remote workshops and training sessions for clients

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a consultant or career change from accounting/auditing to IT
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Business, or Technology
• Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer service orientation
• Analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• A hunger for new knowledge and proactive approach
