About the Position
Solution Consultant - Tieto Banktech (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the first escalation point for operational issues, level 2 (L2) Support member.
- Conducting technical and functional analysis of production incidents/problem tickets and test defects.
- Strategizing monitoring, alerting, configuring the health dashboard, and insights for SaaS customers.
- Ensuring workarounds to major incidents are provided where Java technical expertise is required.
- Engaging in frequent bridge calls with customers to provide functional/technical solutions to their problems.
Requirements
We expect you to have:
- 8-10 years of experience in the IT/Support industry, preferably as a Techo-functional Business Analyst/Solution Consultant in the Financial Sector.
- Domain experience in Core banking/Cash Management/Global Payment.
- Experience in agile ways of working such as Kanban, SCRUM.
- ITIL certification.
Required Skills
- Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Angular, REST web services
- Oracle, IBM MQ, WAS knowledge and experience
- Application server: WebSphere, JBOSS
- Cloud platforms: AWS / GCP
- Databases: Oracle, DB2
- Tools: Jira, JSM, ServiceNow
- Experience with continuous integration tools like Maven, Jenkins
Nice to Have
- Specialists in any of these areas will be preferred: direct debits, direct credits, payments, virtual accounts, cash management solutions, account solutions, multi-bank payments, and ISO-based payments.
