Responsibilities

As a Solution Engineer Post Trade Automation (PTA) (all genders), you actively shape our new PTA product and bring it to successful use at our clients. Your main responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing automated workflows and data processing in the PTA product using our x-gen low-code/no-code automation platform
• Performing tests and ensuring the required test coverage
• Developing interfaces and gateways to integrate the PTA product into client environments
• Working with agile tools and applying agile best practices
• Applying architecture and design principles and patterns to ensure high quality, stability, and security
• Contributing to a positive work culture and environment

Requirements

MUST HAVE

• Degree in physics, mathematics, engineering, economics, or a comparable qualification
• 3–5 years of experience in the analysis and integration of component-based software systems
• Knowledge of XML/JSON, REST/SOAP, and messaging concepts (e.g., JMS, queuing, event-driven processing)
• SQL or NoSQL database skills (e.g., Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB)
• Programming in Python, Java, or JavaScript and scripting on Linux
• Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and a strong customer focus
• Excellent English skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of middle and back office processes in trading securities, money market instruments, or fixed income products
• Experience with high-volume, scalable real-time systems
• Experience with container and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• German language skills
