Mercanis is seeking a Solution Manager to join our team in Berlin, Germany. You will be responsible for managing customer projects and ensuring successful software implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage independently complex customer projects from the kickoff phase to the successful go-live.
• Act as the central interface between customers, CSM, and the product team, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
• Manage challenging customer situations confidently, recognize escalation risks early, and initiate appropriate measures.
• Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation, keeping track of schedule, budget, and scope at all times.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear responsibilities and expectation management on all sides.
• Support the implementation of our software at the customer site, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
• Actively contribute to the further development of our implementation methodology and internal processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management of IT projects, particularly in the implementation and deployment of software – ideally in the SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in successfully managing complex customer projects and comfort in agile, fast-paced, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Structured work approach, forward planning, and the ability to maintain an overview even with multiple parallel projects.
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor towards customers at various hierarchical levels.
• A pronounced hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for understanding complex problems and translating them into clear, actionable steps.
• Enjoy working at the interface between business and technology and can communicate technical requirements comprehensibly.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, along with a good sense of priorities.
• Fluent in German and English.
