About the Position
We are seeking an experienced AI & Applications Solution Architect to help organizations elevate their software strategies by embedding AI capabilities and modern app architectures into their products and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the review of client applications and their technology and product strategy.
- Monitor emerging technologies, including AI, GenAI, and machine learning trends, assessing their relevance and potential application within client solutions and strategies, and provide recommendations on adoption and integration opportunities.
- Produce detailed reports providing guidance on enhancements, best practice, and risk mitigation.
- Work directly with clients, interacting with senior stakeholders to understand the business objectives and strategy; uncover and challenge technical requirements, technology approaches, methodology, security, and tech stack decisions in line with business goals.
- Review and interpret architectural approach, infrastructure, and data flows; advising on best practice SDLC methodology and ways of working.
- Investigation includes the review of architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
- Maintain effective internal relationships with sales, technical, product, and delivery colleagues.
- Provide technical support during sales pitches and proposals and help to identify and promote additional value-add services.
Requirements
- Experience in software, application, and/or enterprise architecture methods and approaches.
- Experience in developing, deploying, and operating software solutions in the cloud.
- Experience in a variety of programming languages and technologies.
- Hands-on experience designing or integrating Generative AI solutions - for example, leveraging large language models, prompt engineering, or building AI-powered application features.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate product requirements and business strategy to a technical and non-technical audience and influence effectively in both spoken and written form.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
