Solutions Architect (Apps & AI)

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced AI & Applications Solution Architect to join our team at Amdaris. With a strong technical foundation and sharp business acumen, you will help organizations elevate their software strategies by embedding AI capabilities and modern app architectures into their products and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review of client applications and their technology and product strategy.
• Monitor emerging technologies, including AI, GenAI, and machine learning trends, assessing their relevance and potential application within client solutions and strategies, and provide recommendations on adoption and integration opportunities.
• Produce detailed reports providing guidance on enhancements, best practice, and risk mitigation.
• Work directly with clients, interacting with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and strategy; uncover and challenge technical requirements, technology approaches, methodology, security, and tech stack decisions in line with business goals.
• Review and interpret architectural approach, infrastructure, and data flows; assess and advise on best practice SDLC methodology and ways of working.
• Investigation includes the review of architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Maintain effective internal relationships with sales, technical, product, and delivery colleagues.
• Provide technical support during sales pitches and proposals and help to identify and promote additional value-add services.

Requirements

• Experience in software, application, and/or enterprise architecture methods and approaches.
• Experience in developing, deploying, and operating software solutions in the cloud.
• Experience in a variety of programming languages and technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing or integrating Generative AI solutions - for example, leveraging large language models, prompt engineering, or building AI-powered application features.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate product requirements and business strategy to a technical and non-technical audience and influence effectively in both spoken and written form.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible for frequent UK travel.
