About the Position
Solutions Architect (Box Consulting)
We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join our Customer Success team at Box. This role is pivotal in defining and building complex solutions for our customers, leveraging Box's platform to drive innovation and success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to design and implement custom solutions using Box's platform.
- Work closely with sales and field teams to understand customer needs and maximize opportunities.
- Develop project scope documentation, technical specifications, and business requirements.
- Present detailed technical information to executives and various stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of Box products and platform, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
- Expertise in architecture and system design for cloud solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, Typescript, Node.js, Java,.NET, Visualforce.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Ability to distill complex technical solutions into digestible parts.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical parties.
Nice to Have
- Expertise in Enterprise Content Management systems and cloud migrations.
