About the Position

Solutions Architect

Radancy is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead enterprise software implementations and design scalable solutions for our Talent Acquisition Cloud platform.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation Discovery & Solution Design

    • Lead detailed discovery workshops with enterprise customers.
    • Document recruiter workflows, ATS business processes, integrations, approvals, user roles, data needs, and reporting requirements.
    • Define future-state operating models, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps.
    • Translate business requirements into scalable, supportable solution designs.
    • Create clear process flows, decision logs, implementation blueprints, and requirements documentation.
  • ATS & CRM Subject Matter Expertise

    • Provide deep expertise across the talent acquisition technology ecosystem.
    • Advise customers on ATS, CRM, screening, scheduling, sourcing, and integration best practices.
    • Recommend workflow designs that improve recruiter adoption while reducing implementation complexity.
    • Guide customers toward standard approaches when customization creates unnecessary risk or limits scalability.
  • Integration Architecture

    • Lead the functional design of ATS, CRM, middleware, HRIS, SSO, and third-party integrations.
    • Partner with Integration teams to confirm technical feasibility and solution boundaries.
    • Identify integration risks, dependencies, and data requirements before build begins.
    • Ensure requirements, assumptions, decisions, dependencies, ownership, and acceptance criteria are clearly documented.
  • Customer Implementation Leadership

    • Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic and complex implementations.
    • Lead solution reviews, design decisions, and executive steering discussions when needed.
    • Drive timely customer decisions, clear accountability, and alignment across stakeholders.
    • Establish implementation governance, milestone reviews, risk management, and launch-readiness checkpoints.
    • Guide customers through Radancy's implementation methodology.
  • Delivery Excellence & Capability Building

    • Develop and standardize implementation methodologies, discovery practices, and documentation.
    • Create reusable templates, workflow models, architecture patterns, and readiness criteria.
    • Coach Solutions Architects, Delivery Project Managers, Customer Success leaders, and implementation teams on best practices.
    • Reduce late-stage surprises and rework through stronger upfront planning, validation, and risk identification.
  • Escalation & Recovery Support

    • Participate in strategic customer escalations and complex solution reviews.
    • Diagnose delivery, workflow, requirements, and integration issues and develop executable recovery plans.
    • Translate lessons learned into repeatable standards, tools, and internal enablement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementations.
  • 5+ years of experience in ATS, CRM, talent acquisition technology, HR technology, or complex SaaS implementation environments.
  • Experience with recruiting CRM, candidate engagement, screening, scheduling, and related recruiter technology workflows.
  • Proven ability to map current-state and future-state recruiter workflows and business processes.
  • Experience leading customer discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and executive stakeholder discussions.
  • Exceptional written documentation, facilitation, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Integrations, Delivery, Customer Success, and Sales teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or improving implementation methodologies for enterprise SaaS products.
  • Experience leading recovery efforts for complex or at-risk implementations.
  • Solution architecture, business analysis, change management, or project management certification.
  • Experience supporting global enterprise customers and multi-system technology environments.

We Offer

  • Salary Range: USD $120,000 – $125,000/Yr.
  • Comprehensive medical coverage, with dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Competitive 401(k) plan with employer matching
  • Unlimited flexible time off (FTO)
  • World-class training that keeps you at the forefront of innovation
