About the Position

Solutions Architect/Presales

Paradigma Digital is looking for a Solutions Architect/Presales to join our team in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, ES. The ideal candidate will combine solid technical knowledge with excellent communication skills and a commercial orientation. In this role, you will be the technical point person for the various solutions that Paradigma develops to meet incoming needs.

The objective is to help clients develop their business from a technological perspective.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales support: Collaborate closely with the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity generation to deal closure.
• Technical consulting: Evaluate client challenges and advise on the best technological practices, leveraging the strengths of the offered products or services.
• Technical proposal development: Prepare the technical documentation for proposals and collaborate in the creation of presentations and support documents for sales.
• Client relationship: Maintain a close and solid relationship with clients to identify additional opportunities and challenges, and ensure that the recommended solutions evolve according to business needs and provide technical advice when necessary.
• Product demonstrations: Conduct product and technical solution demonstrations for potential clients, explaining the benefits and competitive advantages clearly and concisely.
• Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest market trends and technologies, as well as the evolution of the company's products and services and the market vertical where they operate.

Requirements

• Solid technical knowledge in cloud solutions, infrastructure, software development, and data projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in pre-sales or similar roles.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient architectures.
• Knowledge in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and virtualization, containers, or DevOps tools.
• Certifications in key technologies will be valued (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Red Hat Certified Architect, etc.).
• Experience in designing and implementing complex technological solutions.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for a non-technical audience.
