Solutions Engineer

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

About the Position

Geotab® is a global leader in IoT and connected transportation, certified as a “Great Place to Work™.” We are seeking a Solutions Engineer – Thailand to adapt Geotab solutions to customer and partner needs, helping them address business challenges. This role requires fluency in both English and Thai.

Responsibilities

• Showcase and adapt Geotab solutions for partners and end-users.
• Understand customer needs and support solution development and customization.
• Conduct technical discovery, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Collaborate with sales channel teams, customer care, product management, and other Solutions Engineering teams.
• Support partner learning and share feedback with product and development colleagues.
• Maintain clear records of engagements and solution designs.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Thai
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Engineering Support, Software Development, Automotive Engineering, Data Science, Technical Account Management, or Business Development.
• Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Superset or Power BI (preferred).
• Experience with sales or business development (preferred).
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
