Solutions Engineer

About the Position

Join Geotab as a Solutions Engineer in Bangkok, Thailand, where you'll adapt Geotab solutions to customer needs and help address business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Showcase and adapt Geotab solutions for partners and end-users.
• Understand customer needs and support solution development and customization.
• Conduct technical discovery, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Collaborate with sales channel teams, customer care, product management, and other Solutions Engineering teams.
• Support partner learning and share feedback with product and development colleagues.
• Maintain clear records of engagements and solution designs.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Thai.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in areas such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Software Development, Automotive Engineering, Data Science, Technical Account Management, or Business Development.
• Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, and data visualization tools such as Superset or Power BI.
• Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
