About the Position

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lima, Peru. You will be supporting our public sector clients with their technical issues and help them achieve their digital transformation goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and incident management for N1 and N2 levels.
• Assist with the configuration and troubleshooting of operating systems.
• Support equipment, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Ensure network security by managing antivirus, security policies, and firewall configurations.
• Mobilize between different client locations in Lima as needed.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Networks, Telecommunications, Computing, Computer Systems, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.
• Proficiency in system configuration and problem-solving.
• Experience in supporting peripheral devices.
• Knowledge in computer security practices.
