About the Position

Soporte Técnico - El Agustino

We are looking for two (2) Technical Support Specialists to join our client's team in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IT systems and devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot operating systems.
• Support equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place (antivirus, security policies, firewall configuration).
• Demonstrate soft skills like empathy, good communication, and cordial treatment with users.

Requirements

• Graduated from a technical or university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computing, or related fields.
• More than 04 years of experience in the role or related fields (experience proven with work certificates).
• Availability to work on-site in El Agustino.
• Knowledge in operating systems at the configuration and problem-solving level.
• Experience in supporting equipment, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Knowledge in IT security (antivirus, security policies, firewall configuration).
• Soft skills such as empathy, good communication, and cordial treatment with users.
