Responsibilities
- Proveer asistencia técnica y soporte a los clientes.
- Ejecutar actividades de mesa de ayuda.
Requirements
- Formación Académica: Técnico en Computación e Informática y/o Electrónica y/o Redes y/o Telecomunicaciones de Datos y/o Computación y/o Computación y Sistemas y/o Informática y/o Electrónica; y/o Bachiller en Ingeniería Industrial y/o Ingeniería Industrial y Sistemas y/o Ingeniería de Computación y Sistemas y/o Ingeniería de Sistemas y Computación.
- Experiencia mínima de cuatro (04) años en prestaciones de servicios de ejecución de actividades de mesa de ayuda.
