We’re hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment team by identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Post job openings across job boards and sourcing platforms
- Identify and source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and online channels
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles
- Conduct initial screening to assess basic qualifications and fit
- Reach out to candidates through messages and email
- Work closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs
- Track sourcing activity and maintain accurate candidate records
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong research and internet navigation skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
- Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Internship or exposure to recruitment or sourcing
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, or job platforms
- Basic knowledge of Boolean search or sourcing techniques
