About the Position
We are seeking a Sourcing/Commodity Manager to lead complex sourcing projects and manage contracts for designated categories within our Global Procurement Services team. You will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, including Technology and Software, and ensuring alignment with category strategies and internal customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Execution of Complex Sourcing Projects: Draft agreements, RFI, RFP, and RFQ documentation, negotiate contracts, and manage escalations.
- Contract Management: Draft and negotiate Statements of Work (SOW) and Amendments, manage global preferred supplier agreements, and act as a contracting subject matter expert.
- Business Requirements: Work with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements, guiding them through the approval process.
- Sourcing Strategy: Support the execution of local, regional, and global sourcing strategies for designated categories.
- Project Management: Implement change management strategies, participate in relationship management processes, and assist in capacity and demand planning.
Requirements
- Leadership and Team Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and manage people, and a solid team player.
- Decision-Making: Solid decision-making ability using available facts in sensitive situations.
- Process Development: Ability to develop and implement processes across multiple programs to create consistency and efficiencies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft business tools and experience with eSourcing tools, contract management tools, and project management tools.
- Legal Knowledge: Understanding of legal terms and implications, ability to redline contracts aligned with legal guidelines.

- Project Management: Prior project or people management experience.
- Quality Management: Experience in quality management templates, quality reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
