That training data begins with you-we need your expertise to help power the next generation of AI.
We’re looking for Spanish (Caribbean) language specialists who live and breathe grammar, orthography, vocabulary, idiomatic expressions, and cultural references specific to regions such as Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and Cuba. You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like regional colloquialisms, contextual interpretation, tone adaptation, syntactic accuracy, and semantic precision-documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning.
On a typical day, you will converse with the model in Spanish (Caribbean) across a wide range of topics, verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements
- Degree in Linguistics, Translation, Spanish Language, Literature, or a related field
- Professional experience in teaching, translation, localization, or editorial work
- Clear, metacognitive communication-“showing your work”-is essential
We Offer
- Pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, determined by experience, expertise, and geographic location
- Work as a contractor with the flexibility of remote work
