Spare Parts Coordinator

About the Position

Are you passionate about customer service, coordination, and delivering results in an international environment? We are looking for a structured and service-minded Spare Parts Coordinator to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient handling of spare parts inquiries, quotations, and sales orders, contributing to an excellent customer experience through professional support, proactive communication, and reliable order execution.

Responsibilities

• Managing the spare parts process from initial customer inquiry through to final delivery.
• Handling spare parts requests, preparing quotations, and processing sales orders.
• Proactively following up with customers regarding availability, lead times, and order status.
• Working closely with procurement, planning, logistics, warehouse operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Experience within customer service, order processing, spare parts sales, logistics, or a similar operational function.
• Comfort working with ERP systems and digital tools.
• Ability to understand and work with technical product information.
• Strong communication skills in both Danish and English.

Nice to Have

• Additional experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with advanced technical solutions.
