We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.

Responsibilities

• You will own high priority initiatives that do not yet have a clear long-term owner - some of these initiatives may be exciting and glamorous, others will be decidedly less so - but all of them will be high impact.
• Step into ambiguous situations, create structure quickly, and drive momentum.
• Help leaders across the company translate priorities and decisions into execution.
• Proactively identify problems and bottlenecks, and resolve them expeditiously with limited support or oversight.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of progressive experience in high-performance environments such as investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or high-growth startups.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to rapidly iterate, adapt, and ingest new information.
• A strong sense of mission and a desire to have impact at scale.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one.

Nice to Have

• Technical background and skills and/or firsthand experience with drones.
• Experience working with or at high-growth, venture-backed startups.
• Experience with defense or hardware companies.
• Experience with financial modeling.
• Robust understanding of statistical analysis techniques.

US Salary Range

$95,000 - $133,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
