About the Position

Charging your car should feel as natural as charging your phone. That's the future we're building: a network of EV chargers where life happens. We don't just deploy chargers. We accelerate sustainable mobility. We obsess over partnerships. We grow relentlessly: our network, our partners, ourselves. If you're here, you're probably not looking for "just a job." Neither are we. We're driven by impact, and always looking for people who thrive on turning bold ideas into reality. If that sounds like you, you'll feel at home here. We're looking for people who see challenges as puzzles, not problems, thrive in fast-growing, high-energy environments, and want to shape the future of mobility, not just watch it unfold.

At Powerdot, you'll get freedom, ownership, and responsibility. The space to experiment. The chance to scale your ideas. And a team that's always pushing the edge of what's possible.

Role: Special Projects Coordinator

Location: France

Seniority: 2-3 years of relevant experience

Why This Role, Why Now?

Powerdot is looking for a hands-on, highly autonomous project manager to lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives across our France & Belgium operations.

You will work at the intersection of operations, analytics, project management, automation, and influence, taking ownership of complex topics from problem definition through execution and measurable results. One of your first major projects will be supporting our response to cable theft, a key operational priority with high top management visibility, requiring coordination across several internal teams as well as external stakeholders.

Beyond cable theft, the role is intentionally broad: you will take on other strategic and operational projects, improve existing processes, build automations, and help us create more scalable and efficient ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, with responsibility for planning, execution, deadlines, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Manage one of our key operational projects around cable theft crackdown, coordinating and automating material availability, field replacement, Préfets lobbying, and police alert & response.
  • Solve problems creatively and structurally, rather than just putting out fires.
  • Coordinate closely with Local Operations, Central Operations, Product, and Data to ensure actions are completed and blockers are resolved.
  • Set up the right project routines, trackers, and follow-ups to keep teams aligned and ensure actions are completed on time.
  • Own project reporting and performance tracking, including designing dashboards and providing clear updates and recommendations to senior management.
  • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities, and turn them into concrete actions.
  • Build and improve processes, automations, and tools to reduce manual work, improve visibility, and make operations more efficient.
  • Lead Powerdot’s work within Charge France, the national CPO association, on cable theft, working directly with the France & Belgium GM and coordinating with other CPOs, public authorities, and prefectures on the industry response.

Requirements

  • Project Management: Experience in leading cross-functional projects.
  • Automation: Expertise in building and improving automations.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to identify and implement improvements in existing processes.
  • Data Analysis: Skills to analyze operational data and turn insights into actions.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal and external teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in consulting or in an operating role at a fast-growing scale-up.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to connect work to measurable business outcomes.
  • Comfortable experimenting, learning quickly, and stopping ideas that do not work.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to coordinate several teams without losing ownership.

We Offer

  • 🏥 Private health insurance coverage
  • 💪🏼 Gym membership to help you stay active
  • ⏰ Flexible working hours: you own your time
  • 🌍 Annual offsite where we celebrate the year's achievements and spend quality time together (last year we went to the Algarve, Portugal!)
  • 🤝🏼 Regular team-building events with your local teammates
  • 📚 English Training as English is our language used to connect with all markets and teams
  • 🍩 Free office snacks & unlimited coffee, and Meal allowance for every worked day
  • ⚡️ Special discounts for charging your electric vehicle
