About the Position
Join TMC as a Specialist Bodemenergie & Infrastructuur to develop innovative underground energy systems for temporary heat and cold storage.
Responsibilities
- Designing groundwater sources and underground infrastructure
- Coordinating designs with external parties and stakeholders
- Applying for the necessary permits for system realization
- Conducting quality checks on-site
- Guiding contractors to the successful realization of functional systems
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical knowledge into practical advice
- Flexibility and willingness to meet contractors at locations throughout the Netherlands
- Ability to handle unexpected situations with ease
- Solid footing and the ability to maintain calm and overview at all times
Additionally, you should have:
- A completed relevant HBO or WO degree (e.g., Land- and Water Management, Geotechnics, or Civil Engineering)
- Relevant work experience in a project-based and technical environment
- A driver's license B
- Knowledge of public procurement and related legislation
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Minimum Dutch proficiency level B2

As a Specialist Bodemenergie & Infrastructuur, you will be responsible for developing innovative open underground energy systems (WKO systems) for the temporary storage of heat and cold. You will be the expert in the field of sources and the shallow subsurface, working closely with the design and implementation team to successfully implement these systems.
