About the Position
SPECIALIST BUSINESS CONSULTING & STRATEGY
We are looking for a Specialist in Business Consulting & Strategy to join SDG Group, a global consulting firm specialized in Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. With over 30 years of experience, we are recognized by Gartner, Penteo, and Everest Group as a leader in our field.
Responsibilities
- Help organizations define their data and AI strategy, working with executive and C-level profiles.
- Lead business consulting and digital transformation projects focused on data, analytics, and AI solutions with a functional approach.
- Conduct assessments to identify, define, and prioritize complex analytical and AI solutions that address real business needs.
- Expand the company's methodological corpus by developing methodologies, frameworks, and valuable assets for consulting and strategic projects.
- Participate in the creation and defense of proposals for the sale and commercial explanation of projects.
Requirements
- Educational background: Preferably in STEM; other degrees with complementary training in AI, Big Data, or Data & Analytics will also be considered.
- Experience: At least 5-6 years in digital transformation consulting projects with strong components of AI and/or data strategy.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Strong soft skills to interact confidently with executive profiles in both Spanish and English in a global environment.
- Excellent storytelling abilities: Ability to generate high-quality executive documents and presentations that convey clear and structured messages.
