About the Position
Specialist for Material Management
Location: Budapest, Ungarn; Pilsen, Plzeňský kraj, Tschechien

Responsibilities
As a Specialist for Material Management, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and managing orders and call-offs towards suppliers and track confirmations
- Monitoring deliveries, shipments, and stock levels
- Identifying and resolving material shortages, delays, and bottlenecks, including escalation
- Managing end-to-end order and booking processes in SAP (GR, GI, customs, invoicing)
- Ensuring material availability for production and customer supply
- Supporting transport and logistics execution (e.g. freight order creation, ASN checks)
- Close coordination with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 2 years of practical experience in material planning and order management
- Understanding of MRP processes, demand planning, and call-off logic
- Experience in handling supply shortages, delays, and escalations in a structured way
- Effective prioritization and management of multiple operational topics in parallel
- Very good communication skills in English
- Confident in using ERP systems (e.g. SAP MM / PP) in operational planning environments
- Strong interest in supply chain topics and motivation to work with international teams in an exciting environment
