About the Position

De Novo is a sovereign cloud and AI provider where reliability starts with engineering rigor. We are seeking a Specialist in standardization, certification, and quality for Kyiv to join our team and ensure compliance with international standards.

Throughout the war, we have continued to operate and support large-scale, mission-critical IT systems. This experience is built into our architecture, processes, and operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and support of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in accordance with ISO 22301, preparation for certification and surveillance audits.
• Support and development of implemented Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Privacy Information Management Systems (PIMS).
• Development and updating of internal normative documentation in the areas of information security, personal data protection, quality, and business continuity: policies, regulations, procedures, instructions, orders, etc.
• Participation in the management and investigation of information security incidents and violations related to personal data protection.
• Support of processes for identifying, assessing, and managing information security risks and personal data protection.
• Organization and conduct of internal audits of the Company's management systems.
• Preparation and support of external, certification, and surveillance audits.
• Participation in the development and updating of project and organizational documentation in the field of CIPS (КСЗІ), support of corresponding compliance assessment activities and procedures.
• Support of inspections by regulatory and supervisory authorities in the field of information protection and informatization.
• Formation and implementation of the Company's plans in the areas of standardization, certification, and development of management systems.
• Monitoring of changes in regulatory, legislative, and standard requirements and assessment of their impact on the Company's activities.
• Implementation, development, and support of a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements, preparation of the Company for certification, and subsequent maintenance of compliance with the standard.

Requirements

• Higher education, preferably technical, legal, or in the field of information security.
• Practical understanding of the principles of building, implementing, and supporting management systems in IT companies.
• Experience in preparing a company for certification and passing audits for compliance with international standards.
• Practical experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 22301 requirements.
• Knowledge of information security standards: ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002, ISO/IEC 27005, ISO/IEC 27017; practical experience in their application is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of standards in the field of personal data protection and privacy: ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 27018.
• Understanding of the requirements of Ukrainian and European legislation in the field of information security and information protection.
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of personal data protection, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" and EU GDPR.
• Ability to work with regulatory acts of Ukraine and the European Union, find and interpret requirements relevant to the Company's activities.
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework and requirements in the field of CIPS (КСЗІ).
• Understanding of PCI DSS requirements.
• Systematic approach, attention to detail, ability to work with a large volume of regulatory and technical documentation.
• Developed communication skills and interaction with internal departments, auditors, and external regulatory bodies.
