About the Position

Specialist in standardization, certification, and quality, Kyiv

De Novo is #1 Ukrainian national provider in the field of cloud services and corporate-class data centers. We are looking for a Specialist in standardization, certification, and quality to join our team in Kyiv. The role involves ensuring compliance with ISO standards and data protection laws.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and support of the quality management system according to the ISO/IEC 9001 standard, and certification of the company in accordance with this standard;
• Implementation and support of the system according to the requirements of the ISO/IEC 22301 standard, and certification of the company in accordance with this standard;
• Support of implemented information security management systems (ISMS) and personal data processing (PIMS);
• Preparation of relevant internal organizational and regulatory documents in the field of information security and personal data protection (policies, regulations, instructions, orders, etc.);
• Participation in the processes of handling incidents in the field of information security and personal data protection;
• Support of processes related to the assessment and handling of information security risks and risks in the field of personal data protection;
• Organization and participation in internal audits of the company;
• Support of external, certification, and supervisory audits of the company;
• Participation in the development of CIPS project documentation, support of necessary measures for CIPS, and support of the processes of obtaining relevant certification;
• Support of inspections by supervisory authorities in the field of informatization;
• Implementation and execution of the company's plans in the areas of standardization and certification.

Requirements

• Higher education (preferably technical or legal);
• Understanding of the principles of implementing and supporting a quality management system in the IT sphere;
• Experience in the field of certification in accordance with the requirements of ISO standards;
• Knowledge and understanding, experience in the application, implementation, and maintenance of:
  • ISO/IEC 9001, 22301 standards;
  • Information security industry standards ISO/IEC 27001, 27002, 27005, 27017;
  • Personal data protection industry standards ISO/IEC 27701, 27018.
• Knowledge and understanding of current legislation:
  • In the field of information protection (both Ukrainian and European);
  • In the field of personal data protection (Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Personal Data, EU GDPR);
• Ability to navigate the search and explanation of European Union legislation in the field of information protection and personal data protection;
• Knowledge and understanding of industry regulatory documents in the field of CIPS;
• Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of the PCI DSS standard.
