• Expertise: You bring your experience and knowledge in IT emergency management and IT business continuity management as well as your broad general knowledge in the IT field from training and work and support our customers with their challenges and tasks.

• Teamwork: You are comfortable working in teams. You know when to ask for help and are happy to share your knowledge with colleagues in order to be successful together.

Your Skillset

• Degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, natural sciences or completed vocational training in the IT environment
• Several years of experience (at least two years) in the IT environment, e.g. as a developer, IT administrator or similar, as well as excellent skills in creating IT emergency concepts for various IT processes and services
• Practical experience in the implementation and maintenance of IT emergency concepts, supplemented by good knowledge of business continuity management and sound experience in the application of common standards such as BSI 100-4 Emergency Management, 200-4 Business Continuity Management or ISO 22301. Relevant certifications are desirable but not mandatory
• Enjoyment of working with customers from the public sector as well as willingness to learn and flexibility in dealing with changing requirements in the areas of IT and digitization
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
