Specialist, Operations Digital Product Solutions

PUMA is looking for a Specialist, Operations Digital Product Solutions to join our team in Makati City, Philippines. If you are passionate about quality assurance and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Perform UI, sanity, functional, component, and end-to-end testing
• Create well-defined test scenarios and test data
• Plan, estimate, and prioritize testing activities
• Create comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases
• Identify, record, and document defects accurately and correctly
• Analyze automated regression tests and give feedback to the development team on how to improve
• Manage user access rights and email notifications
• Ensure test environment data is in sync with LIVE data
• Provide 1st and 2nd Level Support for PLM applications

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and/or 1st and 2nd Level Support
• Ability to work effectively with continuous change requirements and short deadlines under minimum supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter and self-learner
• Resourceful, flexible, and capable of collaborating in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Well-driven, motivated, and collaborative
• Degree in computer science or relevant field is a plus
