Responsibilities
As a Procurement Services Specialist (m/f/d), you support our customers in the introduction and operational provision of purchasing/contract services across all project phases and ensure high-quality solutions in indirect purchasing.
- Support: Across all industries, you support tool-based purchasing of various IT product groups and accompany the tendering process at an operational or tactical level.
- Collaboration: You will quickly become an indispensable member of a multidisciplinary and international team in an agile environment.
- Strategies: Through independent market analyses, you develop product group strategies in IT purchasing together with experienced colleagues.
- Negotiation: You support contract negotiations with research and analysis and document them.
- Responsibility: You support your team and the customer in achieving cost targets within the procurement scope.
Requirements
- Studies: in business administration, industrial engineering or business informatics with knowledge in the areas of IT/software and purchasing.
- Experience: ideally in indirect purchasing, the end-to-end purchasing process, as well as support processes in supplier and product group management.
- Experience or certificates: for e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Tradeshift, GEP, Zycus, Onventis, Icertis, MS Office or other purchasing tools.
- Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, process thinking, customer orientation, enjoyment of teamwork and very good written and spoken German and English.
