About the Position
We are seeking a Specialist in Online Marketing and Social Media to join our dynamic team in Bucharest, Romania. If you are proactive, enthusiastic, and have a passion for creating impactful online content, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Implement the company's online marketing strategy
- Promote the company's products and website online
- Increase traffic indicators and conversions
- Manage online communication campaigns on social media (Facebook, Google, etc.)
- Analyze Google Analytics and report on various conversion criteria
- Propose and implement new online marketing strategies
- Collect the most current, interesting, and viral quality content
- Maintain partnerships with other websites, set up campaigns, and change banners
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in online marketing and social media
- Experience in managing campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram
- Knowledge of web design and photo/video editing
We also value your passion for identifying new online promotion methods and channels, as well as your organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
