About the Position

Responsibilities
- Abwicklung von weltweiten Stimmrechtsweisungen und GV-Eintrittskarten
- Überwachung von Deadlines, Exceptions und Spezialfällen wie Late Votings
- Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen sowie Abstimmung mit Depotstellen, Providern und internen Schnittstellen
- Koordination von Offenlegungsanfragen im Rahmen regulatorischer Anforderungen, z. B. SRD II
- Mitarbeit an Prozessverbesserungen und Projekten mit Einfluss auf den Proxy Voting-Service
Requirements
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung, Banklehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in Proxy Voting, Corporate Actions, Securities Operations oder im Kunden-Service Umfeld
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch und Englisch (mind. B2)
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit Blick für Risiken, Deadlines und Details
- Freude am Kundenkontakt, Teamarbeit und an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen
