About the Position
Title: Specialist - Sales & Advisory

Form of Employment: Contract (approx. 1 year)
About the Team:
The Retail Network of ING Bank Śląski is one of the areas of the bank's activity that focuses on providing comprehensive service to individual clients and offering them innovative financial solutions. Specialists in our bank branches help with matters related to everyday banking, saving, and investing, as well as mortgages. Our teams consist of passionate and committed specialists who care about building long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Actively acquire clients and build long-term relationships with them, maintaining the highest standard of service
- Offer a full range of banking products – both investment and everyday banking products
- Serve clients in the branch and through remote channels (e.g., video)
- Analyze current and future client needs, matching them with the appropriate product offer
- Support and educate clients in using modern tools, internet, and mobile banking
- Achieve sales targets for investment products and everyday banking
- Provide clients with comprehensive after-sales care and accompany them at every stage of cooperation
Requirements
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and a positive attitude towards people
- Works independently, responsibly, and is goal-oriented
- Good work organization and high communicativeness
- Open to changes and teamwork
- Secondary or higher education (higher is welcome)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level (B2)
- Experience in serving retail clients – selling banking products
