Specialist SEA

About the Position

We are looking for a Specialist SEA to join our team, combining performance marketing with AI and automation for efficient scaling and data-driven decision-making. This role will manage Google Ads campaigns from start to finish and leverage AI tools for continuous optimization, analysis, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Monitor and optimize performance using automated bidding strategies and AI-based strategies
• Analyze KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate
• Use AI tools for generating and testing ad variations (texts and advertising materials)
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities using AI-based tools
• Optimize product feeds and campaign structure for Performance Max
• Monitor tracking and data quality (Google Analytics, GTM, conversions)
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve performance
• Identify patterns and growth opportunities based on data and automated analyses
• Collaborate with SEO, CRM, and Content teams for integrated strategy development
• Prepare reports and analyses using automated dashboards

Required Skills

• Experience with Google Ads (medium to advanced level)
• Understanding of automated bidding strategies and Google algorithms
• Experience with Performance Max and eCommerce campaigns
• Analytical thinking and strong results orientation
• Experience in interpreting data and continuous optimization
• Openness to using AI and automation in marketing
