About the Position

We're seeking a Specialist SEO to enhance organic growth through data-driven SEO strategies, technical optimization, and AI-supported workflows for e-commerce and international sites.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions
Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities for e-commerce sites and content pages
Optimize on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, content structure)
Monitor indexing, crawlability, and overall technical SEO performance
Perform SEO audits and fix technical issues affecting rankings and performance
Collaborate with development teams to implement best SEO practices and technical improvements
Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Sistrix, Ahrefs, SEMrush
Track organic KPIs: traffic, rankings, CTR, and conversions
Optimize content for category pages, product pages, landing pages, and informational content
Improve internal linking structure and overall site architecture
Identify and fix issues related to duplicate content, cannibalization, and indexing
Analyze competitor SEO strategies and market trends
Support international SEO activities (hreflang, localization, multi-market strategies)
Collaborate with SEA, Content, CRM, and Development teams
Prepare SEO reports and analyses with concrete recommendations for stakeholders
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI-based search trends, and SEO best practices

Requirements

Ability to independently manage SEO projects and set priorities
Solid understanding of technical SEO principles
Experience in e-commerce SEO and large-scale sites
Knowledge of crawl budget, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to clearly communicate SEO requirements to developers
Experience in multilingual or international SEO

Nice to Have

Experience in JavaScript SEO
Experience in log file analysis and advanced technical SEO knowledge
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience using AI for SEO processes and automation
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analysis tools
Experience with marketplaces or large-scale e-commerce environments
Understanding of CRO and UX principles relevant to SEO performance
