About the Position
Специалист Снабдяване / Procurement Buyer
We are seeking a Procurement Buyer to join our global procurement team. This role involves managing sourcing, supplier relationships, and contract management.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing Raw Materials within the assigned product groups
- Establishing and maintaining effective supplier relationships
- Negotiating prices, terms, and supplier agreements with company’s suppliers
- Managing contracts
- Evaluating cost analysis from suppliers
- Monitoring material stocks and ensuring timely supply of required materials
- Coordinating planning and forecasting activities for Kronospan plants and communicating them to suppliers
- Processing internal demands and registering purchase orders in company’s ERP system
- Tracking order acknowledgements, preparing and communicating shortage and backlog reports, ensuring visibility of potential interruptions, and proposing strategies to handle such situations
- Monitoring market trends and communicating relevant updates to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-performance business environment in purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or related function. Previous experience in an international environment considered an advantage
- Proficiency in English
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deep interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, and multi-task
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- High attention to detail
- Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Willingness to travel abroad
