Responsibilities
Within the Direction des Compétences et des Practices (DCP), and in collaboration with the Manager of the Electronics Practice, you will intervene as a RF/HF specialist. Your role will be key to meeting the technical expertise needs of local and national projects, in connection with the major players in the industry, telecommunications, and aerospace.
Main Expertise

Technical Expertise:
- Act as an RF/HF expert on various client projects in the fields of electronics, telecommunications, and embedded systems.
- Provide your expertise during the pre-sales phases: analysis of client needs and development of technical responses with commercial and project teams.
- Ensure the conformity of the proposed solutions to technical and regulatory standards (EMC, ETSI, FCC, etc.).

Strategic Development:
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of a development strategy for RF/HF expertise, in line with innovation and performance issues.
- Participate in the structuring and evolution of the RF/HF sector in the short, medium, and long term.

Community Animation:
- Energize the Electronics Competence Community in Brive-la-Gaillarde: share your knowledge, organize training, and provide technical support to teams.
- Collaborate with local actors (industrialists, laboratories, engineering schools) to strengthen the regional ecosystem.
Requirements
Education / Experience
- Education: Engineer or Bac+5 in electronics, telecommunications, or embedded systems.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in simulation and validation of RF/HF systems, ideally in the aerospace, telecommunications, or industry sectors.
Technical Skills
- Mastery of RF/HF design and systems: modeling, simulation (ADS, CST, HFSS), and optimization of performance.
- Expertise in link budget, wave propagation, RF filters, amplifiers (LNA), antennas.
- Knowledge of signal processing and telecommunications techniques.
- Experience in electronic validation and integration: managing simulations and tests to characterize and optimize the performance of RF/HF systems.
- Mastery of electromagnetic and regulatory constraints (EMC, ETSI standards, FCC).
Personal Qualities
- Aptitude for the structuring of business sectors, capitalization of knowledge, and sharing.
- Interest in training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Natural curiosity for new technologies and emerging issues in RF/HF.
Languages and Mobility
- English: Essential proficiency (written and spoken).
- Mobility: Occasional travel for meetings and professional events.
